Terms of Use

This Terms of Use (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement by and between Liaison and Partners LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of New York ("Liaison & Partners"), and the user ("User").

By accessing or using the services ("Services") provided by Marble, a DBA of Liaison & Partners LLC, User agrees to be bound by all terms, conditions, and obligations contained herein. Failure to do so results in the express prohibition of the User's use of the Services and requires immediate discontinuation. Any obligation of User to pay Marble for Services rendered shall survive termination.

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Service plans may be modified, revised, or discontinued at the sole discretion of Liaison & Partners. Users should regularly review the terms of their service plan.

1. Intellectual Property Rights All content of the website and Services, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, logos, audio, video, and text, is the property of Liaison & Partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Ownership of Materials All design and original source files created for the User belong to the User, who shall retain all copyrights and ownership rights for completed Projects.

3. Fonts If any fonts used in a Project require a commercial license not owned by Marble, the User will be notified and must purchase the necessary licenses. Marble is not responsible for misuse.

4. User Representations User represents that they:

  • Have legal capacity and authority
  • Are not a minor
  • Will not use the Website or Services via automated/non-human means
  • Will comply with all laws

5. Prohibited Activities User may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or outside the scope of their intended use. Commercial endeavors unrelated to Marble are prohibited.

6. Feedback All user-submitted feedback becomes the property of Marble. Marble may use feedback without obligation to the User.

7. Oversight Marble reserves the right to monitor usage and restrict access to Services at its discretion.

8. Returns and Refunds All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Any refund issued forfeits the User's rights to the related work product.

9. Billing & Auto-Renewal All plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, User authorizes recurring billing until paused or canceled. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Modifications Marble may change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

11. Interruptions No guarantees are made about continuous availability. Marble is not liable for downtime or technical issues beyond its control.

12. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

13. Limitations of Liability and Indemnification Marble shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of Services. User agrees to indemnify Marble against any legal claims arising from their use.

14. User Data User is responsible for all data transmitted via the Services. Marble is not liable for data loss or corruption.

15. Electronic Communications User consents to electronic delivery of all communications and agreements related to the Services.

16. Showcasing Work Marble reserves the right to showcase project work unless a separate NDA is signed.

17. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in the State of New York.

18. Force Majeure Marble shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

19. Client Conduct We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases of abuse, harassment, or any conduct deemed unprofessional or damaging to our team or community.

20. Service Expectations Service delivery and response times vary based on scope and plan level. Marble operates asynchronously; while Slack is monitored 24/7, strategic response times are typically within 24-48 hours on business days.

21. Termination This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Marble may terminate access at any time.
